In the last two years DIGT invested over 30% of all turnover into the staff – training, social package, workspaces, salaries and more. Even more staff-oriented investments are planned for year 2004. Our staff policy is based on these three principles:

  • people have always been the most valuable part of the company
  • people receive intensive training to work on staff
  • effective output is achieved through comfortable workspaces, balanced salaries and comprehensive social package

 

Staff age statistics (2004)

Most of our staff are 20-30 years old (78%). They are young people – flexible, quick to learn and ready to work hard to improve their skills. Only 22% of our staff are older 35 years old.

About 20% of our people came right after graduating a university or even – at the last year of their study. We provide them with intensive training and form their professional attitude and skills.

Staff education statistics (2004)

67% of all our staff have higher education and 19% are in the process of getting it or are getting further education.
